For anyone trying to find out how to view, export or import CMDB CI relationships you can actually find it by doing a hidden call out to the table.
Essentially, all it takes is typing the following in your left nav (if you have admin rights to do this)
CMDB_rel_ci.LIST
Once you access the table, you can then easily right click on the table and import/ export this table to an excel spreadsheet. This allows you to do a mass import from an excel spreadsheet if you are doing a number of relationships at one time.
